This type of embroidery consists on the intrusion of a fabric (patchwork) on the piece, pulling or pushing the fabric through the use of special needles. It can be done on a normal machine by resorting to only one needle (when it is a combination of fur embroidery with normal embroidery) or by resorting to a specially designed machine which enables using three needles simultaneously, providing a spectacular embossed effect.
